Dear Fooji,
Go for Clinical examination, Interpretation of
investigations(esp. ECG) and Management of 'hot
cases'(medical emergencies), eg. acute coronary
syndrome, asthma, hyperkalemia etc. Messing up these
are 'inexcusable' for most specialists.
Just remember the first 1 1/2 yrs are the worst, after
that it is much better.
Yeah, I am a MO in Muar. But no matter where you are,
remember why you are there: go save some lives and
relieve some pain.
Send me a note if you have any more queries.
